- Returns must be made within 15 days of your purchase.
All items returned after 15 days of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee PLUS original shipping costs.
All items must be in their original condition.
We do not accept used or dirty merchandise. Merchandise must not have been used.
If a return is deemed unsuitable for return we reserve the right to refuse your delivery.
Returns are not accepted after 15 days of item purchase.
(Please note this rule is considered during Christmas as we understand you need to purchase gifts for Christmas in advance.)
