Excellent board Review by Kahuna Rider
Price Value Quality This is my second KC board (I'm on a mission to own one of each board you guys make... I love the graphics, and each board gives a different feel to the ride.)
This board is medium flexy, with large, grippy-responsive wheels. It seems to be a cross between a pin tail (tip) and a retro-fish (tail), which I love... gives it a very unique look.
Good job, guys! (Posted on 10/14/11) -

Greatest Purchase EV-ER!!! Review by Delahoussaye
Price Value Quality Got it today.... Loved it... Very stable board.... but still has the ability to ride some nice corners..... Bought the classic big stick for it.... I have done StandUp paddleboarding but had not been on a skateboard in 30 years..... Took only minutes to find a sweet spot on board and was riding all afternoon..... (Posted on 8/3/11)

from oahu to az Review by Bribi
Price Value Quality Born and raised on the island of Oahu, I grew up in the ocean. Coming to Az was great but no ocean, so when I saw the add on facebook and saw the clips I was amazed. Just got the Pohaku surf rider and big stick and it is amazing. The ride is smooth, carves great. Love this board.!! Riding the Pohaku reminds me of home. (Posted on 7/16/11)

Best long board I've ridden so far.... Review by Pete
Value Quality Price Once I got the trucks dialed in, it was great for longer rides as well as carving down hills. It's so responsive and smooth w/o compromising stability. (Posted on 7/2/11)

Pleased but not for everything Review by Tom
Quality Price Value I've ridden every type of board that you can think of from snow, to surf, mountain boarding skateboarding and wake boarding and this is by far my favorite. This is a great ride for beginners or for cruising down the sea wall but its large amount of flex and height above the trucks causes loss of stability in high speeds. If you are looking for a down hill board go for a deck with a cutaway for the wheels that sits lower but if you are looking for a fun day carving down some hills this is the board for you. It is such a smooth ride and is very responsive. It feels like you are surfing.

Outstanding board Review by Matt
Quality Price Value The Pohaku Surf Rider 48" was my first longboard. What I most like about it is that it is stable yet I am able to still make fairly tight turns. Not having been on any skateboard in a few years I was very pleased in the performance of this one. I am 41 and about 185 lbs. I go on daily rides anywhere from 8 to 12 miles and as I have improved my riding skills this board keeps up with me. This really is a board that a beginner up through an advanced rider will love. What a freaking blast Review by DogBoy
Quality Price Value I bought this after seeing some movies on youtube, especially Bronco's. I got this board and the classic big stick. I use them on the Jordan River Parkway here in Utah and can't get enough of it.
I keep this and my big stick in the car with a change of clothes and try to get at least 30 minutes a day in, weather permitting. (I like to ride it with my Five Fingers to keep a god feel of the board, but have the ability to kick a little harder than barefooted). The board feels very solid and smooth and it looks pretty sweet as well.
I really can't speak as to how well it carves for bombing down hills, since I don't do that, but for cruising along a river trail with some ups and downs, it flies right along and once I loosened the trucks a little more, it carves great on the narrow bike trail, giving me as much or as little speed as I want.
Best exercise/fun gear purchase I have made in years. (Posted on 5/10/11)
