I have been skateboarding for 35 years and land paddling for the last four years. I've tested many of Kahuna Creations longboards and this model is one of my personal favorites. This board has a very nice flex for a 45" board and this flex works great when land paddling on a flat road. When combined with the Kahuna 6' bamboo stick, the flex adds to the "pop" and delivers a aggressive accelerated motion forward. I receive lots of comments on how nice the board looks. I had extremely HIGH expectations for this board...Lets just say when the board got here and I put it thru the rigors of my test, it has exceeded those expectations!!! I ride my board 4 miles a day 4 times a week, coupled with the Kahuna Big Stick and a 25lb weighted vest, its a workout that is grueling as well as satisfying!!! My Haka Pua Longboard stands up to the challenge every time...Nice and Smooth is the ride and up to the challenge is the Haka Pua!!! (Posted on 6/26/10)
