I live on the east end of Long Island in the Hamptons I have been stand up paddle boarding for the last three years, when I saw the Kahuna big stick Hukilau Longboard I thought wow what great workout potential for days when you just can't get on the water there is always the road. The Hukilau 57'' is a nice smooth ride and great for cruising and working out but it does not feel like a performance board. For my needs and riding style it's perfect. So far I've yet to see anyone on the East End rolling with the big stick. So closing with my review, I would highly recommend this board to anyone ready to step into the future, peace BW!
