Big Stick Carbon Fiber

Spend the extra dough for the Carbon Fiber. It is well worth it! I have the bamboo big stick too and the weight of the carbon fiber is significantly less and therefore significantly better. Yse your effort to move you forward instead of lifting a heavier stick. I use the stick for fitness on a local, relatively flat, paved trail and average approximately 70 miles a week with it for about the last 6 months. I can't think of another way to get an upper body / core / cardio workout outdoors on land. I mix it up and push with my feet a little too. Using the stick to go uphill isn't much good, but flat and downhill rock. When people see you use it for the first time they always have something to say. The teen skater I see always give an awkward look, but if they tried it, they'd love it.
